Its Not all Sun, Beer and Women

Unfortunately this is some of the only evidence that we have of the 5 aside football tournament that we entered. We turned up - probably the least fit looking team there - D-Ro took off his shirt and the reflection of the sun was so bad that everyone was temporarily blinded. Matt was limping around with a bad ankle. Nay looked like a beampole, Bainesy looked liked he could have smoked too much w*** and Pace was wearing his famous vest. So you get the picture - we didn't really spread fear.

We were put in a league with three other teams including the team of Reps who won the Tournament every week (they had 5 substitutes). We managed to qualify from the group as runners up after a string of Victorys (we only actually lost against the reps). In the Semi final - Pace had injured his knee, Matt was struggling with his ankle but we played our best game yet and managed to get through extra time and into Penalties. Matt went in Nets and it was neck and neck with 1 penalty left each............ They scored theirs.............. Confused by the sun - the Referee blew his whistle and ruled that we had taken all our penalties, although Pacey had not yet taken one......... So we lost. Strange ruling, but when in Greece! We weren't Bitter though, we gave most of those boys a lesson in football. Well Done to Monty Athletic.

Anyone else think that Pace is a big poser?

D-Ro - bless him, he likes his food, ale, stella, pies, chips, lager, crisps, chocolate and pretty much oat else that's not good for you.
